What to prepare for business funding and wallet setup

Start with guided setup: confirm business eligibility and supported rails, complete partner business verification, connect your company's bank where available, and review funding instructions before initiating a transfer. Availability is confirmed for each customer.

Confirm eligibility before planning a transfer

Lynq focuses on US marketing agencies and ecommerce brands. Contact the team with your company name, team size, and the workflows you need. The team can confirm whether your business, destination countries, currencies, and desired funding method are supported. Marketing descriptions are not a guarantee of account approval or rail availability.

Prepare business verification information securely

Partner verification may require company registration, ownership, and authorized representative information. Complete those requests through the designated onboarding flow. Do not send tax identifiers, government IDs, bank credentials, or verification documents through the public contact form.

Review bank linking and funding instructions

Where activated, bank linking uses Plaid and funding uses partner-provided virtual account details for supported ACH or wire transfers. Confirm the beneficiary, account details, reference requirements, fees, and expected processing time in the current instructions. A linked bank alone does not mean a funding transfer has completed.

Assign wallets and reviewers before your first payout

Decide whether activity belongs to a client, campaign, entity, or operating wallet. Assign a separate administrator for payout review, then configure budgets and spending limits. Ask the team to walk through a request and approval before a deadline-sensitive workflow.

Check balances, status, and return handling

After funding, check the partner-reported balance and activity. An initiated transfer can be pending or returned; use its current status when reconciling. Ask which withdrawal method is enabled for your company and review its fee before instructing a withdrawal. Lynq does not promise instant availability or settlement.

Understand who holds the funds

Bridge and its service partners provide custody and payment services under the company's customer record. Lynq provides software and does not hold signing keys or customer funds. Lynq is not a bank; custodial balances are not bank deposits and are not FDIC-insured. Cards and automatic accounting sync remain on the roadmap.

Availability

Lynq offers guided setup for client and campaign wallets, spend controls, budgets, and approvals. The bank funding and withdrawal path is the current production money flow. Access requires business verification and partner activation; supported rails vary by customer. Global payouts and USDC features require confirmation from our team. Cards and automatic accounting sync are on the roadmap.
