How agencies organize client and campaign wallets
Use a labeled wallet for each client or campaign that needs separate reporting, then set budgets and spending limits for that wallet. Bridge custodies the funds; Lynq supplies the organization, controls, and activity view.

Choose the separation your team needs
A client wallet groups activity for an ongoing client relationship. A campaign wallet isolates a particular project or launch. A treasury wallet represents company operating funds, while an entity wallet separates a business line. Start with the level you actually reconcile rather than creating a wallet for every task.
Name wallets for the people reviewing them
Use a consistent label such as Client / Campaign / Period. Link a client where applicable, and keep the wallet label distinct from a recipient name. A source wallet explains which budget an outgoing payment belongs to; the destination explains who receives it. Wallet separation is an operational control and does not establish an escrow or trust arrangement.
Pair budgets with enforceable spending limits
A monthly budget helps your team track burn and receive alerts. A spending limit is a separate control that caps outgoing activity over a daily, monthly, or total window. Daily and monthly windows use UTC. Employee limits can narrow who may request spend. A budget alert alone is not a guarantee that a transfer will be blocked.
Review activity before moving money between budgets
Compare the source wallet, amount, destination, and memo with the client or campaign plan. Reconcile wallet activity and exports against your own accounting records. Internal wallet moves and customer withdrawals are separate workflows; confirm available rails with Lynq before relying on either for a campaign deadline.
Example: two clients and a shared operating budget
An agency can keep Client A campaign activity, Client B campaign activity, and its own operating activity under separate wallet labels. The approver reviews the correct source wallet before authorizing an outgoing request. This makes attribution clearer without implying that Lynq owns, holds, or guarantees those balances.
